Visit Our Facility
We encourage prospective clients to visit before booking their first service. This gives you a chance to see our setup, meet some of the team, and ask any questions you might have.
Pop-in visits are welcome during business hours, though we recommend emailing ahead if you would like a guided tour. We are happy to show you our grooming salon, boarding suites, and play areas.
Bringing your pet along is optional for the initial visit. Some owners prefer to check the space first, while others want to see how their pet responds to the environment.

Do I need to book in advance?
For grooming and boarding, advance bookings are required. Dog walking can often accommodate same-day requests depending on availability.
What vaccinations are required?
Dogs must be current on C5 vaccination. Cats require F3 minimum. We ask for vaccination records before the first visit.
Can you care for pets with special needs?
Yes, we accommodate many special requirements including medication administration, dietary restrictions, and mobility assistance. Please discuss specific needs when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Emergencies are handled case by case.
