Our Story
What started as a small dog walking service in 2012 has grown into a comprehensive pet care facility serving families across Sydney and beyond. The journey began when our founder, a lifelong animal lover, recognised the need for reliable, professional pet care that treated every animal as an individual.
Over the years, we expanded our services based on what pet parents actually needed. Grooming was added after clients kept asking for recommendations. Boarding came next when we saw how stressful it was for families to find trustworthy overnight care. Today, we offer a full range of services, but our approach remains the same: personalised attention for every pet that walks through our doors.

Our Facility
Our purpose-built facility spans over 800 square metres, designed specifically for animal comfort and safety. The grooming salon features adjustable tables and professional-grade equipment. Boarding suites are climate-controlled with individual ventilation.
The outdoor area includes separate zones for different dog sizes, ensuring small breeds can play without intimidation from larger companions. Indoor play spaces provide stimulation during inclement weather. Every surface uses pet-safe, easy-clean materials that we sanitise daily.
